Zoran Solano

Zoran has built his own substantial property portfolio, which exemplifies his commitment to property investment as the number one wealth creation strategy, but Zoran’s successful investment and buyers’ agent journey started with his grandfather, who worked a blue-collar job but also invested in real estate. From those humble beginnings, his grandfather bought properties, including unit blocks, around Brisbane, with Zoran often helping out by collecting rent or mowing lawns.

Zoran’s career started with helping his buyer’s agent mum (Liz Wilcox) after school and on weekends as her research assistant and then over the course of the next decade, Zoran is now one of the most respected and sought after Buyers Agents in Queensland.

Purchasing his first investment property at 19, Zoran now has a multimillion-dollar property portfolio. He lives and breaths property and uses everything he has learned to help his clients with property and buying strategy, renovation and development consultancy as well as their property management needs.

Zoran is the Vice President of The Real Estate Buyers Agents Association of Australia and also the co-author of Hot Property: A Guide For Investors. Zoran is a regular media commentator who has appeared on Sky News, Your Money, A Current Affair, Today Tonight, The Living Room and Domain as well as being regularly asked for comments in the Australian Financial Review and The Courier Mail.

In his spare time, Zoran likes spending time with his wife Maddyson and daughters Sofia & Olivia along with camping, four-wheel driving and taking the boat out.
