Two properties purchased, two outstanding results. First was Upper Coomera — bought at auction, renovated in under three weeks through their trades network, and tenanted less than 2 weeks later at an impressive yield. Simple and efficient. Based on this i trusted to go again but this time via my SMSF. Thanks to their insider network they found a property in Taigum — complex by nature, executed efficiently. What stood out was the negotiation: my approved budget was sufficient to easily secure the deal. But Zoran kept pushing and he secured it for $20,000 less. That moment says everything. They don’t just chase a quick commission — they chase the best outcome for their client. Both properties are now returning over 4% yield, which in Brisbane’s fast-growth market is exceptional. Zoran and Maddison came highly recommended from a close friend who bought with them previously – and they did not disappoint! They’ve been incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to do the leg work. They made the process of buying a home as easy as it could be.
From the first engagement they were 100% focused on the brief and were highly motivated to find the right home. HPBA was quick to identify potential options, but patient enough to wait for the right deal to come along, never over committing.
After missing some offers, including an auction, the right house eventually did present itself (off-market). The deal was a bargain, and in very glad that i have HPBA on hand to assist with negotiations. I’ll definitely be working with them again in the future.
